Shipping policy

Your order will be process as soon as possible, which mean we will not be able to make any changes once it has been confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery method.

Currently shipping times are longer than usual. During this Covid-19 pandemic deliveries are expected to take between 14-23 days. Pre pandemic our shipping times were 7-14 days. 

Please note that. Shipping times may vary depending on package origin and destination. Onomebeauty is not responsible for incorrect delivery shipments due to the incorrect address being entered during checkout. Please double check your shipping and billing information prior to completing your order.
